High-rise homeowners reached out to OSA to upgrade their residence in 2007. A decade later, the urbanites purchased the penthouse in the same building. OSA assisted in a whole-home renovation of the downtown penthouse.

As part of the complete renovation, OSA installed a Stewart Filmscreen Stealth TrapDoor ElectriScreen, with a Digital Projection E-Vision Laser 4K projector. With the Stealth TrapDoor, the homeowners can easily conceal the projection screen and projector converting the room into an elegant sitting space, or leave them out for a home theater experience. Sonance Architectural Series speakers were installed for the surround sound and James Loudspeaker PowerPipe subwoofers were integrated under the floor with a custom grate to match the HVAC.

Additionally, Sonance Invisible Series in-ceiling speakers throughout the interior of the residence. James Loudspeaker AT (All-Terrain) Series landscape speakers were placed in the exterior terraces for whole-home audio.

The beautifully renovated space was outfitted with a Lutron Electronics HomeWorks QS centralized lighting system and dual shades at each window and door, each featuring both sheer and black-out options. OSA programmed AMX controls for A/V, HVAC, security, lighting and shades for complete home automation.
