Over a thousand Ford senior leadership, fleet team members, customers, upfitters and partners came together at the 2020MY Ford Fleet Preview Business Meeting in Denver, Colorado, held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. The three-day event provides product information, inspiration and entertainment for Ford’s largest fleet customers.

2019 marked OSA’s 18th consecutive year supporting the annual event, produced by Jackson Dawson Communications. To support the meeting’s theme and messaging, the event was configured in-the-round with a large three-sided center screen. With large screens and a low ceiling height, fitting the sound system in was going to be challenging.

OSA Senior Audio Engineer Paul Deuschle designed the system around Martin Audio‘s WPM line array and CDD-LIVE! loudspeakers. The WPM delivered superb audio quality and a big sound impact to charge the audience while fitting in the short height between the top of the screens and ceiling.

Presenters were outfitted with DPA d:fine headset microphones and a Shure Axient® Digital system was implemented to ensure clarity from microphone to PA.
